Put it in perspective, read about people in the war on Gaza or Ukraine or many other parts of the world. I am very fortunate. To live the life I live. I have many luxuries of living, many simple pleasure of life, that so many others don't. That makes me feel I need to make the best of what I have, be grateful for what I have, and live the most worthy life I can.
