Day 4, deciding to rest today. There must be something wrong, or needs to take it a bit easier at my age. 50+ year old body doesn't like being tortured every day. And so there must be days of rest, I'm thinking. Otherwise, it can get a bit too much. So I'll take this day, maybe once every 3 to 4 days, to recover. Just from the gruelling morning routine. And then feel it more, when I get back to it the next day. But maybe some other exercises, the regular ones, throughout the week, during the rest of the day is still OK. I might keep that up today. Today is chest day. Just doing that with the dead-lifts. I think I can handle that OK.
Day of rest. Peace and recovery. Especially after yesterday of having to listen to manager spout again. That really ruins most of my hours, a day or so after every episode. So I need time to centre myself again too. And that is what I will do. Meetings today. And then let it go. Get back into Android dev. My favourite.
