Occasionally, regularly, quell the rush of thoughts. Be still, in something simple, and in the present moment. A physical movement, a natural movement such as the breathe. So hard to be consistent, to keep our concentration on. We keep losing it and coming back. Again and again. And as we're do thus, subtlety, we train the mind and body. That this too can change. A rich oasis. From a muddy pond, to a rich oasis. But with constant work. We must alway put in such effort. To keep that beautiful aquarium clean, and balanced. The ecosystem that it is. Requires consistent attention, thought, planning, problem solving. It won't last long in autopilot. It really won't. You have to be there. You have to live it. And you have to suffer for it, in a nice way.
